About Me

Hi, I’m Bruce Baldomero — a Technical Operations & QA Specialist with a strong background in technical support, quality assurance, system operations, and process improvement.

I work at the intersection of technology and operations, helping businesses maintain reliable systems, resolve complex technical issues, and improve internal workflows. My experience spans SQL scripting, QA and regression testing, troubleshooting across software and hardware environments, dashboard and database management, documentation, onboarding, and cross-team technical support.

In my current role at Adaro Optics, I support both internal teams and major optical retail clients including Vision Express, Boots, David Clulow, and Specsavers. I regularly investigate and resolve issues across payment systems, integrations, reporting tools, and operational platforms while collaborating with vendors such as Stripe and Smart Debit to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.

I’m known for being adaptable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. I enjoy analysing problems, improving processes, and creating solutions that make systems more efficient and reliable for both users and businesses.

Outside of work, I enjoy bouldering, cycling, football, gaming, exploring new technology, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
