About Me
Hi, I’m Bruce Baldomero — an adaptable and solutions-focused Application Analyst at Adaro Optics. I
specialise in troubleshooting complex systems, streamlining workflows, and delivering reliable,
user-focused technical support.
I manage a high volume of internal and external requests, resolving issues across databases, servers,
dashboards, and system interfaces. My role also includes SQL scripting, QA testing, report generation,
onboarding, and documentation. I liaise with vendors like Stripe and Smart Debit to resolve
platform-level issues, and support both software and hardware troubleshooting across the business.
Known for my attention to detail and hands-on approach, I thrive in fast-paced environments and take
pride in delivering efficient, scalable solutions that support both internal teams and major optical
retail clients such as Vision Express, Boots, David Clulow, Specsavers and more.
Outside of work, I stay active through bouldering, cycling, football, gaming, exploring new tech trends
and spending time with friends & family.
